Airport Authority Seeks Feedback on Proposed Aircraft Maintenance Facility Standards

The Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority is seeking feedback from airport tenants, business operators, users, and other interested parties on proposed Aircraft Maintenance Provider Facility Standards.
The proposed standards are intended to establish reasonable, objective, and consistently applied facility requirements for commercial aircraft maintenance providers operating at Greeley-Weld County Airport. The draft addresses areas such as hangar and shop space, office and customer areas, storage and staging needs, specialized maintenance activities, mobile maintenance, facility restrictions, and requirements that may apply when an operator expands or changes its scope of services.
These standards are currently in draft form and have not been finalized or adopted. The Airport Authority is requesting input before further revisions or consideration.
Comments are welcome on any aspect of the proposal, including:

• The overall concept or approach;
• Specific facility requirements or operational impacts;
• Suggested additions, deletions, or revisions;
• Additional topics or considerations that may not be addressed in the current draft.

​The proposed standards and a comment form are available with this posting. Interested parties may complete and return the comment form, submit a marked-up copy of the draft, or provide comments directly to Airport Authority staff.
Comments are requested by September 25, 2026.
