The Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified airport planning firms and consultant teams to prepare a comprehensive Airport Master Plan Update and Airport Layout Plan for Greeley-Weld County Airport (GXY).
The project will establish a long-range, FAA-acceptable planning and implementation framework to guide the Airport's development over the next 20 years.

AIRPORT MASTER PLAN UPDATE
Greeley-Weld County Airport's current Airport Master Plan dates to 2014. Since that time, GXY has experienced significant changes in airport development, activity, facilities, financial structure, and long-term strategic priorities. The Authority is seeking a comprehensive update that serves as a practical implementation tool for future airport development. The planning effort is anticipated to address aviation demand and the Airport's future role, airfield and facility requirements, Runway 17/35 strengthening, the future Airport Traffic Control Tower, airport-wide drainage, compatible land use, terminal and hangar development, financial planning, future commercial service feasibility, and an updated FAA Airport Layout Plan.
