request For Expressions of Interest (RFEI): Northeast Development Area

The Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority is advancing plans for the Northeast Development, a multi-phase project designed to expand airfield access and support future aviation growth. This project represents a significant opportunity for new hangar, business, and aviation-related development at the airport.
The Airport is seeking expressions of interest for development (RFEI) within this new development area, which is currently under construction. Phase I (TW E1) of the project has been completed, with additional phases (TW E, E2, B1, and Wing Way) anticipated to be complete by the end of 2026. Please refer to the document below for official submission guidelines. Questions and additional information will be posted to this page as outlined in the RFEI. |

NEDA RFEI: Questions and Addenda
Addendum #1: Deadline for Submittal of Questions
- The RFEI dated version 3-19-2-26 contains a date error under the deadline to submit questions of April 17th, 2026. The updated deadline for submission of questions will be Friday May 8th, 2026 at 9:00 AM MDT.
