Airport Layout Plan (ALP)
The Airport Layout Plan is a graphical representation of the existing and planned facilities at Greeley-Weld County Airport. It includes runways, taxiways, buildings, property boundaries, and airspace surfaces. The ALP also references recorded documents that define the airport’s legal property boundaries.
Airport Master Plan Technical Report
In 2014 the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority updated the airport master plan. The plan provides a 20-year planning period covering the extent, and schedule of development need to accommodate existing and future aviation demand at GXY.
mINIMUM STANDARDS
The Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority, as owner/operator of a federally obligated airport, is responsible for instituting Rules and Regulations for the safe operation of the airport and instituting Minimum Standards establishing the threshold entry criteria for those wishing to provide commercial aeronautical services to the public on the Greeley-Weld County Airport.

rULES AND REGULATIONS
It is the intent of the rules and regulations in these Articles to establish and promulgate the standards deemed necessary to the maintenance and promotion of the peace, health, good government and welfare of Airport Authority owned/operated airports; to provide for the best performance of functions thereof; to promote the security of persons using the airport and its facilities; and by such rules and regulations, to provide enforcement for violation thereof.
